Prince William is a 12-year-old boy who ruler his Kingdom of Hanibera, make friend with animals and someday he become a rightful king. But until his evil older brother Raizin who want get rid him for take over the kingdom. Prince William hired a brave turtle named Touché Turtle as his new guardian. When Prince William is run away from Raizin, he need helps of his good friend Sire Huckleberry Hound and animal friends in the forest as his new Rebel Army to fight for freedom of Hanibera.
