David Tealson is a 10-year-old smart boy who orphaned because his parents are killed by accident. When David run away to hide from the bullies, he saw a green light and found a spaceship and then a hurt reptile-like alien named Koma Doon. Before Koma will die, he gifts a Green Lantern Ring to David. Later, Hal Jordan saw and impressed David with power of Green Lantern and he takes him to planet Oa when David was almost hurt by the bullies. After David was heal and make him become Green Lantern, David ask Hal know all about everything and meet a young Triceraton named Trice and Ch’p the Squirrel. Before return to Earth, David was training of Green Lantern by Tomar-Re, then Kilowog and a touch Cat-like Man named Saboran. After David saved the kids of his school from something accident, his friends, Lisa and Bobby the chubby boy want David to show them for they keep his secret about he is Green Lantern called Lil’ Green. After David knows to defeat Giant Manhunter and save planet Oa and then Guardians of the Universe thanks him, Hal will adopted him as the son. Four years later, David the Lil’ Green join his new friends, Tim the Robin, Kara the Super-Girl, Barry the Kid Flash, Garth the Aqualad, Roy the Speedy, Megan the Miss Martian and Freddy the Captain Marvel Jr. become a new team know as the Teen Titans.
